At The Shepherd’s Vineyard, we believe this chapter of life should be lived with dignity, comfort, independence, and connection. TSV provides furnished independent senior co-living housing for adults age 55 and older in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This is not assisted living, a care facility, or a program. It is a welcoming home for individuals who are independent in their daily activities, cognitively aware, ambulatory, and able to recognize and respond to an emergency.

Residents may choose a private or semi-private furnished room, depending on availability. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included within the established allowance. Residents must have reliable monthly income, including SSI, SSDI, Social Security retirement, VA benefits, pension, or another verifiable source.

At TSV, residents can enjoy privacy when they want it, companionship when they choose it, and a comfortable home that respects their freedom and independence. Welcome to The Shepherd’s Vineyard, where warmth, dignity, and possibility remain at the heart of home.

Our mission is to provide adults age 55 and older with a welcoming, furnished home where dignity, independence, comfort, and connection are valued. TSV offers independent senior co-living in a shared residential setting, giving residents the freedom to manage their daily lives while enjoying privacy, companionship, and a sense of belonging.

Cultivating Connection and Joy

At TSV, connection grows naturally through shared living, conversation, and resident-led activities. Residents may choose to spend time together, share interests, celebrate special moments, or simply enjoy one another’s company. Participation is always optional, allowing each resident to balance community life with personal space and independence.

Each new resident receives a small welcome basket containing a few basic essentials to help them settle in. Contents may vary based on availability. After move-in, residents are responsible for their own personal items, household products, and groceries.
